Lighting also plays a big role in how the video turns out, placing the lights behind the camera is the best way to position the lights rather than behind the subject causing a siloett. Also the rules of third and eyes on third also are a huge role of how the end video product comes out. If you don't have a microphone use your phone and stand anywhere from 2-3 feet away for best quality. Thats the main parts and requirements to have a great complete interview.
