60 Seconds- Austin Coburn

Since the first time I stepped into my first broadcast technology class over a year ago I have grown greatly and my 60 second video reflects that perfectly. For my 60 second video I decided to share my background on Youtube and my growth over the last 4 years. Deciding what to share and include in the video was tough but I think that's what made it fun. Figuring out the best parts of the story and fitting into a 60 second video was challenging yet exciting. I feel as if it made us think a bit more on how we should approach the project and made us really think about what really needed to be included. Finishing this project with a smile on my face was one of the best parts of the whole assignment for me. I Went from 11-12 minutes of footage to 1 minute of footage by taking the best sound bites and configuring them to fit the storyline. I was truly impressed by all the different approaches and outcomes of all the 60 second videos from my classmates and I feel as if this project really showed the amount of creativity in our class. Overall this has definitely been one of my favorite projects and I can't wait for what's to come.
